Joey was bred by and is co-owned with Lee and Deann Christianson (Chelsea Whippets). As a puppy she placed in her Futurity class and made the cut in the big 9-12 class at the 2005 National and won a big BOS in Sweeps. Joey earned her JC title with ease in November, 2005. She finished her championship with 3 majors, two of which were big 5 point wins. The first one was won at the supported entry at Del Valle (after the NCWFA specialty) and the second at Scottsdale the day after the AZ specialty.
